Established in 1977 we are an unlimited licensed general contractor specializing in luxury homes and renovations. We also have a custom millwork shop, with a full maintenance division. We focus on Kiawah, Seabrook, Johns Island and surrounding areas.

Shannon uses sophisticated architectural touches in combination with elements from her client’s everyday life to create unique spaces that reflect their lifestyle. She enjoys mixing existing furniture with new pieces for a fresh, new look. The result is a functional, livable space that her client is very pleased to call home. Originally from the upper part of the state of South Carolina, Shannon is a Clemson University grad. She fell in love with the Lowcountry at an early age and has called it home full time since 2008, when she founded S. Bogan Designs. She loves living in the Lowcountry with her husband and enjoys visits from her two talented sons.
