Chris Dion was born in the northeast, where he spent the first 10 years of his life. His Father’s job took their family to Greenville, South Carolina, in 1997, where Chris spent the rest of his childhood. After attending the College of Charleston, he never wanted to leave.
Two days after Chris married his high school sweetheart (Lauren), he enrolled in Real Estate school and began his career. From 2013 to 2022, Chris worked at a local commercial real estate firm. After 2 years of juggling who would work and who would watch the kids during COVID, Chris and Lauren decided to partner up rather than have two separate real estate careers.
Just before the transition from commercial to high-end residential, Chris/Lauren, along with some other family members, bought and renovated 64 Surfsong, a home on Kiawah Island. This is now on the vacation rental program with Akers Ellis.
When Chris isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
