Founded by husband-and-wife team Chris and Lauren Dion, Selling Kiawah is built on genuine connection, proven expertise, and a shared love of coastal living. With over $231 million in closed transactions and hundreds of successful sales, we pair high-touch service with local knowledge that only comes from living and investing in the Charleston area for a combined twenty-three years.
Every client relationship begins the same way—by listening. Whether you’re exploring the market for the first time or refining your Kiawah Island real estate portfolio, we approach every step with care, transparency, and a strategy designed around you.
Lauren grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law. After graduating from law school and practicing family and criminal law, Lauren earned her real estate license in 2014.
